Its that time again...
To hop on the rollers and get cycling!!! The cold weather has been pretty uninspirational lately...but thankfully I can still break a sweat indoors. First week will be all small chain-ring intervals to get the motion back in the legs...40 minutes a set. Followed by a week of more intense big-ring intervals and climbing simulations. With the Tour of California going on now...I'm ready to start the yearly build-up!!!
