I really wonder why we never receive cool and "different" stuff like this here. You cannot tell me that after all of marketing's research and polls, that everyone prefers painted silver blocks as phones. Thats ALL we have here. I applaud some key instances like the Motorola RAZR...but more for the innovative keypad. Almost everything else in the Motorola line is a silver brick. What are the designers thinking. Are there really designs like the NEC above being produced in corporate USA studios...but never see the light of day?

Speaking of which...my friend got a new LG phone the other day. It is HORRENDOUS! It has a ton of features...but does the aesthetic appeal have to be compromised for that? It is a whale of a phone.
