2006...New year...new options
So I want to welcome 2006 as a year of new opportunity, discovery, and self fulfillment. Each year I make resolutions...and by the time the year ends, I can't remember what I signed up for, hehe. Usually it always has something to do with cycling x-many miles, etc. This year I really want to concentrate on happiness. I do not exactly know what that will entail...or how I will find it...but I am going to take some risks and see where it gets me.
1) Career. Sometimes design is great...sometimes it sucks. You have to ride the wave. 2005 was good. Got some cool concepts out there...recognized on design sites and blogs. I was progressing in my skills and project management...but was sometimes blinded by my own "maximism." Now at least I know where I am at...know what I'm capable of...and am certainly worthy of any new opportunity. Will the right one come along? Maybe. But I will be actively searching.
2) Living. This might go hand in hand with career...maybe not. Is there a specific plan for '06...not really. Always have my eyes open for the right housing. Checked out some really nice condo's today in The Hills...even with a garage for the Turbo2! Tennis courts and pools all over...niiiiiiiiiice.
3) Toys. Should I give up my boy-racer days? And opt for the smooth looks and performance of the G? Test drove one on Tuesday...loved it and plan to order my white one soon:
We shall see what 2006 brings. I really don't want to make all the little resolutions...because quite frankly I'm content with my idiosyncrasies. Only little resolution is to be more constant in updating the blog!
Cheers!

haha...You know I'll still be a RWD hooligan!
Guess I meant boy-racer as in Evo or STi. At least I can drive like a madman and still look good in the G :)
